I’m 51 yrs. old and have had floors installed many times before, but never have I had such good service as I’ve had with Martinez Floor Installation. I gave them a call; they came out to estimate; and I had my new floors installed within that same week. I had questions about how the install was going to take place and they were very patient with me in answering all of my questions (I can be a bit of a pain sometimes). I have since recommended them to 3 of my friends as well as my daughter and all have come back to thank me. I read the previous review on here and got the impression they may have been a bit on the racial side of things which is very unfortunate. I had no such issues with communicating through any part of this install. Everyone I dealt with was very easy to work with. Maybe they were just having a bad day – I know we all have them from time to time.

Top notch. I continue to work with them. As a matter of fact, they were just here this morning. This would be the fifth job. They are friendly; informative; high class. I just can’t say enough about them…good bids…high quality…no complaints whatsoever.

I really liked Norm. He did work for me before. He showed up on time. He was a great guy. I think that because he has a small company, his values roll down (to the others)…He sets the tone for the company. He basically did a big favor for me because he slipped me in on a weekend. I don’t think anyone else would have done it. When he came in, we were dealing with difficult materials. The job was done. Good job. Good company.

Norm’s a great guy. He’s easygoing. He understands. He is willing to do whatever it takes. Whenever a problem arises he will step up and make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be.

I have worked with Martinez Flooring Installations for many years and I have found them to be reasonably priced, very good to deal with, they are clean and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

They were professional, courteous and any carpet, tile or flooring was laid professionally. They cleaned up nicely after finishing the job.
